This initiative will begin by defining the specific areas where we seek assistance and setting clear objectives for the research. Next, will gather information and actively search for potential resources, such as grant programs, training opportunities, or partnerships. Following this, carefully analyze and evaluate each resource to ensure their suitability for council needs. Finally, develop and implement effective engagement strategies to connect with and utilize the most beneficial external resources, ultimately strengthening the Noonu Atoll's ability to serve island communities.
