To foster a culture of health and education within the atoll, an annual Education and Health Festival is proposed. This event will feature engaging activities, competitions, and informative presentations, culminating in a celebratory atmosphere. An organizing committee will be formed to define the festival's theme and goals, secure funding and sponsorships, and develop a program of engaging activities. Public awareness campaigns will ensure broad participation across the atoll. A registration and selection process will be implemented for competitions, while logistical arrangements will be made to secure a suitable venue. The festival will be officially launched with an opening ceremony, followed by days filled with educational and health-focused events. To recognize achievements and gather valuable insights, an award ceremony and feedback collection process will conclude the festival.
