Stakeholder Engagement

Establish formal partnerships with the National Drug Agency, National Counter Terrorism Centre, Maldives Correctional Service, Gender Ministry, National Center for Social Security, Atoll Hospital, healthcare service centers, and Atoll police through signed agreements outlining roles, responsibilities, and resource commitments.

Create a multi-agency coordination committee with representatives from all partner organizations to facilitate communication, information sharing, and decision-making. Establish regular meeting schedules and communication channels to ensure effective collaboration.

Develop a shared vision and strategic plan for the drug rehabilitation and reintegration program that aligns with the goals of all stakeholders. Clearly articulate the program's objectives, target population, and expected outcomes.
