Support & Scaling

Atoll Harvest project is focused on scaling cooperative farming, aquaculture, and livestock operations by providing financial and operational support. This phase is crucial for ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of the cooperatives established in earlier phases. By offering targeted financial assistance and training, the project aims to empower cooperatives to expand their operations, improve productivity, and enhance economic resilience. The financial support will include access to credit, resources, and land-use support, enabling cooperatives to invest in equipment, infrastructure, and other resources needed for growth. Additionally, financial literacy and management training will be provided to cooperative leaders to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to manage their finances effectively and make informed decisions. This activity also focuses on expanding fish farming, poultry, livestock, and coconut production through access to credit, resources, and land-use support. By the end of this phase, the project aims to have established a robust financial support system that enables cooperatives to scale their operations sustainably and achieve long-term economic success.
