Strategy focuses on strengthening legal and administrative frameworks. Key activities include updating regulations to ensure clarity and effectiveness, streamlining operations by restructuring our administrative framework, and implementing a new framework that better serves atoll's needs. Council will also establish strong planning and development and social services and community empowerment units to guide council's growth, address resident needs, and empower island communities. To improve communication and transparency corporate affairs section will be enhanced. Finally, strengthening administrative and planning committees will ensure effective decision-making and oversight. By implementing these actions, the Atoll Council aims to create a more efficient, effective, and responsive local government system that better serves island communities.
