Pilot Programs & Capacity Building
Atoll Harvest program is focused on building local capacity for sustainable agriculture, livestock management, mariculture and aquaculture while testing pilot programs. This phase aims to empower community members by providing them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and expertise to adopt and implement sustainable practices. By enhancing the skills and capabilities of the local population, the program seeks to create a foundation for long-term sustainability and resilience in food production and resource management. Additionally, pilot programs will be launched to test and demonstrate the viability of these practices on a small scale, providing valuable insights and lessons for broader implementation. These pilot initiatives will serve as practical examples of how sustainable practices can be integrated into everyday farming, livestock management and mariculture activities, showcasing their benefits and feasibility.
