The project includes the refurbishment of existing statehouse rooms to modern standards, as well as the construction of additional rooms within the statehouse building. To enhance the guest experience, a varenda area will be added around the statehouse building, providing outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, a lift will be installed to provide easy access to the upper floors of the building. These accommodation facilities will cater to the needs of different guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay at the Convention House.
