Accommodation Facilities

Convention House will offer a variety of comfortable and convenient lodging options for guests. The project includes the refurbishment of existing statehouse rooms to modern standards, as well as the construction of additional rooms within the statehouse building. To enhance the guest experience, a varenda area will be added around the statehouse building, providing outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, a lift will be installed to provide easy access to the upper floors of the building. These accommodation facilities will cater to the needs of different guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay at the Convention House.

Statehouse Rooms Refurbishment

Involves renovating and upgrading the existing statehouse rooms to provide modern and comfortable accommodations for guests. This includes updating the interior design, replacing outdated fixtures and furnishings, and ensuring the rooms meet current standards for comfort and functionality. The refurbishment process may involve redecorating the rooms, installing new flooring, upgrading plumbing and electrical systems, and providing essential amenities such as air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. The goal of the refurbishment is to create inviting and well-appointed rooms that meet the expectations of today's travelers.

Construction of Additional Rooms

Involves creating new accommodation spaces to expand the capacity and variety of lodging options offered at the Convention House. This construction process includes designing and building additional rooms, ensuring they meet the same standards of comfort and functionality as the existing statehouse rooms. The new rooms will be equipped with modern amenities, such as comfortable beds, wardrobes, desks, and private bathrooms. By constructing additional rooms, the Convention House can accommodate a larger number of guests and provide a wider range of accommodation options to suit different preferences and budgets.

Construction of a Veranda

Involves creating an outdoor space attached to the building, providing a scenic view and additional area for guests to relax and enjoy. This construction process includes designing the layout and dimensions of the veranda, selecting appropriate materials such as wood or concrete, constructing the structural elements, installing railings and flooring, and adding any necessary finishing touches. The veranda can be designed to complement the existing architecture of the statehouse building and provide a comfortable and inviting outdoor space for guests to enjoy the views and fresh air.

Construction of Additional 10 Rooms

Construction of Additional 10 Rooms on the second floor of the convention hall building involves creating new accommodation spaces to expand the capacity and variety of lodging options offered at the Convention House. This construction process includes designing the layout of the rooms, constructing the walls, ceilings, and flooring, installing plumbing and electrical systems, and providing necessary furnishings. The new rooms will be equipped with modern amenities, such as comfortable beds, wardrobes, desks, and private bathrooms, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests.

Lift Installation

Involves installing a vertical transportation system to provide access to the first and second floor, where the conference hall, meeting rooms, classrooms, and accommodation rooms are located. This process includes designing the lift shaft, selecting and installing the lift machinery, completing the interior finishing of the lift shaft and passenger cabin, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The lift installation will improve accessibility to the upper floors of the building, making it more convenient for guests to access their rooms and other facilities.
