Designing an irrigation system to provide water to trees, shrubs, and lawns. Installing underground pipes, sprinklers, or drip irrigation systems. Installing water features, such as fountains or ponds, to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the site. Providing outdoor seating areas for guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Involves removing existing compound walls that are no longer suitable or in poor condition, and constructing new walls that are structurally sound, aesthetically pleasing, and provide security and privacy. The new walls will be designed to match the overall aesthetic of the Convention House complex and provide a secure and private boundary for the property. Additionally, the construction of new walls will create a space for pavements surrounding the entire area.

Pavements will be constructed to create walkways and access paths throughout the complex, providing a convenient and safe way for guests and staff to navigate the site. Pavements will also be designed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the surrounding area and complement and providing a pedestrian-friendly pathway and enhancing the overall appearance of the complex.

Leveling the ground and preparing the site for landscaping by removing any debris or obstacles. Selecting appropriate tree species based on factors such as climate, soil conditions, and desired aesthetic and planting trees in designated areas, ensuring proper spacing and soil preparation. Planting shrubs, flowers, and other plants to create visually appealing landscapes.
