Discovery and Research
To develop a strong brand identity, internal workshops will be conducted with Atoll council members and local communities to identify unique natural and cultural assets of each island. Existing branding efforts will be analyzed to gather feedback on strengths and weaknesses. External research will include analyzing competitor destinations and their branding strategies, as well as target audience preferences for island destinations and cultural experiences. A clear and concise statement capturing the atoll's unique identity and core values will be developed, with 3-5 key attributes identified to guide branding decisions.
