Convention House Project (PC-001)
The Convention House project aims to transform the Noonu Atoll State House complex into a comprehensive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) destination. The project will include the construction of a convention hall, new accommodations, and the refurbishment of existing statehouse rooms. Additionally, the project will integrate the Council Secretariat Building, incorporate a connecting deck, develop a landscaped outdoor area, establish a lobby area with various amenities, provide office spaces, create a local artist marketplace, and construct a new building for gym, sports facilities, a spa, and a swimming pool. By implementing these components, the Convention House will offer a wide range of facilities and services to attract visitors from around the world, contributing to the economic growth and development of Noonu Atoll.
