Enhancing Resilience through Surveillance and Disaster Preparedness

5.3 Social Security

Conduct Needs Assessment

Surveillance and Service System

Develop a robust surveillance and service system, including surveillance cameras, communication systems, sensors, and data analytics platforms. Utilize data-driven insights to identify potential hazards, monitor environmental conditions, and track emergency response efforts.

Early Warning Systems

Enhance early warning systems for various hazards, such as tsunamis, cyclones, and sea-level rise. Implement timely and effective communication channels to disseminate warnings to residents and communities.

Emergency Response Capabilities
