Seeking a Speedboat Driver

Noonu Atoll Council Secretariat is hiring a Speedboat Driver

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the Council's speedboat for various trips as directed.

• Maintain the boat, including cleaning, engine oil changes, and minor repairs.

• Ensure the boat is safe and ready for daily use (fuel, water, supplies).

• Prepare meeting venues and assist staff in different sections as needed.

Qualifications:

• Required boat license/permit and 2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: 3875 MVR monthly

• Service Allowance: 1000 MVR monthly

• Supporting co-allowance: 1200 MVR monthly

• Special duty allowance: 1356.25 MVR monthly

• Overtime pay according to Civil Service regulations

Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed between August 1st and 8th, 2024. Successful candidates will be selected based on a point system considering qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
