Appointment of Civil Engineering Consultant for Convention House Development Project

We hired Ahmed Zuhal Zaeem as a Civil Engineering Consultant to guide the Convention House Development project. This appointment underscored our commitment to advancing Noonu Atoll’s development goals, with a focus on establishing a functional and versatile destination for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE).

The Convention House Development project began with the transformation of the Noonu Atoll State House complex into a facility designed to support both business and leisure activities. The initial phases included the development of a convention hall, modern accommodations, and various other facilities such as a gym, spa, swimming pool, and landscaped outdoor areas. We also worked on integrating additional features like a marketplace for local artists, upgraded office spaces, and a reimagined lobby to ensure improved functionality and appeal. Ahmed Zuhal Zaeem plays a critical role during these early stages, applying his expertise in planning, design, and civil engineering oversight.
