Invitation for Bids - Introducing Drone Survey Technology for Noonu Atoll

We are initiating a step toward enhancing our capabilities with drone technology. This initiative will aid in implementing sustainable land use plans, managing and sharing critical information, and accurately measuring and analyzing Noonu Atoll's land, reef, and lagoon areas. To support this effort, we are seeking a qualified party to supply essential equipment and training.

Scope of Work

The selected party will provide the following:

• A drone equipped with advanced features for professional survey and mapping requirements.

• Drone software designed for processing and analyzing spatial datasets.

• A mobile station for operations and data management.

• Staff training to build the necessary skills for effectively operating and utilizing this technology.

Bid Registration

Interested bidders are required to complete the Bid Registration Form, available on our official website.

• Registered bidders will receive all necessary documents and updates via email at procurement@noonu.gov.mv.

• Please note, unregistered parties will not be eligible to submit proposals.

Bid Schedule

• Registration Period: October 18, 2022, to October 24, 2022, until 14:00 hrs.

• Deadline for Queries: October 26, 2022, until 13:00 hrs (via email).

• Bid Submission Deadline: November 7, 2022, until 13:00 hrs.

Bid Submission Requirements

Bids must be submitted to our Secretariat by November 7, 2022, before 13:00 hrs. Submissions received after this deadline or those missing any required documents outlined in the information sheet will not be accepted.

We retain the right to cancel the bidding process at any time, should circumstances require it.
