Seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Looking for a financial leader to drive our success!

Noonu Atoll Company is seeking a highly experienced CFO to oversee all financial operations and reporting. You'll play a key role in ensuring financial health, growth, and strategic alignment with the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial operations and corporate reporting

• Ensure compliance with international standards (IFRS)

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting

• Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management and the board

• Guide financial decision-making for long-term success

• Implement proper risk management and internal controls

• Collaborate with other departments to achieve corporate goals

• Drive financial health and growth of the enterprise

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5-12 years of experience in financial management and corporate reporting (varies by SOE category)

• Proven track record of success in a senior financial role

• Strong understanding of IFRS and best practices
