Noonu Atoll Company is seeking a talented MICE Tourism Facility Operations and Management Consultant to oversee the transformation of our historic statehouse into a world-class convention facility.

In this pivotal role, you'll:

  • Set the Stage: Develop operational SOPs, guidelines, and standardized services that meet or exceed industry benchmarks.

  • Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to local and international regulations, maintaining the highest standards of operation.

  • Maximize Success: Drive guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability, positioning the facility as a premier destination.

  • Identify Needs: Pinpoint essential design, procurement, and HR requirements to ensure a seamless operation.

  • Empower Our Team: Train and develop our convention house staff to deliver exceptional service and meet industry expectations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Guest-Centric Approach: Establish procedures for guest relations and management, ensuring unforgettable experiences.

  • Service Excellence: Standardize service protocols that exceed guest expectations, creating a memorable environment.

  • Efficient Operations: Develop SOPs for inventory management, reservations, and staff scheduling, optimizing efficiency.

  • Risk Mitigation: Implement robust risk management and regulatory compliance strategies to safeguard operations.

  • Comprehensive Facility Management: Establish SOPs for accommodation, housekeeping, public areas, food safety, restaurant operations, and spa management.

  • Talent Development: Provide essential training in food safety, housekeeping, customer service, and front desk management.

  • Strategic Planning: Identify necessary equipment and staffing needs to support the facility's operations.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • You possess proven experience in F&B and hospitality management, with a strong track record of improving operations.

  • You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.

  • You are a self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.

  • You hold relevant academic qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • You are proficient in common industry software.

  • Experience working in multicultural environments and abroad is a significant advantage.
