Call for Proposals – Meeting Management System

The Noonu Atoll Council is pleased to invite qualified and experienced vendors to submit proposals for the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive Meeting Management Application built on the Microsoft Power Platform.

Project Overview

This project aims to enhance meeting productivity, governance, and feedback mechanisms through a custom application that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Planner, and SharePoint. The solution will be developed using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Key required features include agenda management, live note-taking, decision tracking, feedback collection, and support for multi-tenancy and bidirectional language input.

Key Dates & Deadlines

• Registration Period: 11th October 2025 – 16th October 2025 (until 1400 Hrs)

• Information Session: 18th October 2025 (via Microsoft Teams)

• Deadline for Queries: 20th October 2025 (via email)

• Bid Submission Deadline: 22nd October 2025 (by 1300 Hrs)

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following weighted criteria:

• Price: 70%

• Proposed Delivery Date: 20%

• Experience & References: 10%
